VisitGainesville Conference Grant

VisitGainesville offers a conference grant for incoming meetings and conferences in 2 cycles- one in the spring, and one in the fall. The purpose of the conference grant is to enhance Alachua County as a destination by contributing to the development of tourism.

To qualify, meeting professionals must complete the grant application and satisfy a number of criteria including confirming that their meeting or event produced hotel room nights in Gainesville/Alachua County. Individual grants cap at $10,000 and are available to corporate, association, or non-profit, public or privately-funded planners.

Although the application is available online any time here in PDF format, applications may only be submitted during the official grant cycles. (A Microsoft Word version of the application is also available here.)
